FUNCTION NOTATION
Below are a few resources I recommend for reviewing function notation & function operations. Think about what the word "notation" means??? Basically, it means a way of writing things more easily. We could define an entire notation for text messaging or online chatting... brb, lol, afk, and on and on. Don't let the f(x) part confuse you. It simply means to plug in whatever number is in the parenthesis into the "formula" that follows the = sign.
